blgilbert has uploaded a patch.

Description:
I encountered problems when I dynamically added bindings to control. The existing version only wires up controls when the component is initialized. I added a handler that watches for new bindings and adds the control to the _controls collection at that point.

This is my first attempt at contributing, so please bear with me. Also, I converted this to VB and then back to C#, which I didn't test.
